Need help with HearTracker? This page covers common setup steps and quick troubleshooting. If you still need help, contact support and include your iOS version plus a short description of what happened.
Quick Start
- Add each hearing aid you want to track.
- Log a battery when you insert a new one.
- Use issue logs when a battery behaves unexpectedly.
- Enable local notifications if you want reminders.
Troubleshooting
- Notifications are not appearing: Check iOS Settings > Notifications > HearTracker and confirm alerts are allowed.
- Data is not syncing across devices: Confirm both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud Drive is enabled.
- Stats look incorrect: Verify battery logs have valid start and end dates and remove accidental duplicates.
- Import failed: Review note formatting and ensure dates are valid before retrying import.
